1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of mysterytomasteryseries.com (the “Site”), operated by TRADDICTIV PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore under UEN 201818590H, with its registered address at 100D Pasir Panjang Rd. #05-03 Meissa, Singapore 118520 (“Traddictiv”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Educational information; no advice

The Site presents information about books, authors, educational themes and reader-participation activities. Its content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, financial, trading, legal, tax or other professional advice; an offer or solicitation; or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and risk controls. You should obtain appropriate independent advice before acting on financial-market information.

3. Book purchases, cancellations, returns and refunds

The Site does not currently sell books or process payments directly. Links such as “Get the book” and “Where to Buy” take you to independent retailers, distributors or marketplaces. Your purchase is a transaction with the retailer you select, not a purchase from this Site.

The retailer’s product description, price, taxes, delivery terms, cancellation rights, return policy and refund policy apply to that transaction. Questions about an order, delivery, cancellation, return or refund must be directed to the retailer that accepted the payment.

Traddictiv’s company policy for products or subscriptions sold directly through its own stores does not replace or restrict a retailer’s terms or any rights that applicable law gives you against that retailer.

If this Site offers a direct purchase in the future, the applicable price, billing terms and refund or cancellation conditions will be displayed before payment and will form part of the transaction terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Retailer and affiliate links

Some outbound retailer links may be affiliate links. If you make a qualifying purchase after following such a link, Traddictiv or another identified participant may receive a commission without increasing the price you pay. The presence of a link does not guarantee availability, price, delivery time or retailer performance.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including text, book descriptions, excerpts, graphics, photographs, interfaces, logos, trademarks and series branding—are owned by or licensed to Traddictiv and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access the public Site for lawful personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, scrape, systematically extract, create derivative works from or commercially exploit protected content except as expressly permitted by law or in writing by Traddictiv.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit materially false information, infringe another person’s rights or use the Site for unlawful activity.

7. Trading and performance risk

Trading futures, foreign exchange, options, equities, digital assets and other financial instruments involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose all or more than your initial investment. Past, hypothetical or simulated performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Book examples, testimonials and educational illustrations are not promises or guarantees of results. Outcomes depend on many factors that cannot be reproduced or controlled.

8. External websites

Third parties control their own websites, services, prices, content, availability, security, terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for an external website merely because the Site links to it. You use external services at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traddictiv and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, authors, licensors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss; loss of profits, opportunity, data or goodwill; trading losses; or loss arising from reliance on Site content or use of a third-party retailer or service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, a warranty or a consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

10. Privacy, changes and severability

Our Privacy Policy explains how the Site handles information, analytics and cookies. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

11. Governing law

These Terms and obligations arising from or connected with them are governed by the laws of Singapore. You and Traddictiv submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in relation to disputes arising from these Terms. This does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under another applicable law.
